Procedure for submission

The editorial board of Lviv Medical Journal / Acta Medica Leopoliensia would like to advise authors submitting articles that they must comply with the following requirements, which are in conformity with the “Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals” (Am Intern Med 1997, 126, 36-47) of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (www.icmje.org).

The Journal accepts original articles, review articles, and other materials, in Ukrainian or English, that have not been previously published in print or electronic form and have not been submitted to another journal. Articles must be approved by all authors. All published articles become the copyright of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University. The scientific validity of the article is evaluated by the Editorial Board and independent reviewers. The review process is conducted in a double-blind fashion; both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. The decision to publish a particular article rests with the editorial board. One copy of the manuscript is returned to the author if the paper is rejected.
